As a Multimedia Design Intern in the OCM Team within the ERP Program at the University of Melbourne, I focused on creating user-friendly training materials to support 9000+ staff members in transitioning to new HR and Finance systems.
My role involved designing engaging eLearning modules and instructional videos that simplified complex processes, ensuring a smooth and accessible learning experience for all users.

The University of Melbourne’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is a multi-year initiative aimed at transforming HR and finance operations to enhance the staff experience. This involves:
Replacing Themis with Workday, UKG, Dayforce, and Cayuse
Standardising, simplifying, and modernising finance and HR processes
Providing better data insights to support decision-making
Increasing transparency across operations
